Wet Play Festive Menu...

Silly season is creeping up on us once again... Pretty soon you'll be spending LOADS of cash on presents and parties, drinking metric tonnes of booze and trying to avoid fingering / getting fingered by howlers on 'Mad Friday'. It's tradition round these parts to go spare through the whole of December then curl up into a toilet bowl on New Years day (or the day after, depending on how 'ard you are) and press FLUSH.... Re-surfacing around Febuary 1st feeling bored cause you've just spent January being a massive pussy... That's our usual routine anyway...

1. Wet Play's Guided Wormhole Tour @ Kraak 07/12/13

Poster by Randall Marsh

We complete a triangle of parties at the Kraak house this year with a guided tour through the wormhole. Join us for an open-topped voyage through the alleys of space-time... show your megarider upon entry and get in for the ticket price... Joining us this time we have four battle hardened passengers who'll be breaking out their clippercards especially...

WILLOW (808) / ALEX LEWIS (808) / PERRY LOUIS (LaLoop) - We first came aware of these young rouges when they kept coming into Piccadilly Records, keeping Kickin' Pigeon and Randy on they're toes with strange requests for illicit club bombs. upon closer inspection it became clear that they were indeed a squadron of highly skilled nightclub militia - trained in the art of technoid assault and deep house airstrikes. Holding down residencies at 808 in Nottingham and our very own Sankeys's here in Manchester; you'll also catch them doing sonic battle on the front lines at various warehouse parties throughout the north of England. A bit of a swerve ball from our usual guests - these guys are gonna take things deep, dark and techy as they deploy a 2 hour excercise in unsanctioned, hedonistic narcosis....

DAVE OWEN (The Social Service) - Resident crew member at one of our favourite rave-ups and serious boogie jammer... Dave will be charged with the task of greasing up the wormhole with massive club soul and boogie plasma bombs as he takes the controls on the stroke of midnight... Anyone who's been down to Stretford's finest underground rave-up can attest to his credentials, and after digging his sublime 'Bye Bye Burnage' mix recently, we were left with no other option than to draft in his services for the occasion. Take our advice and wear a nappy for this one....

2. Hyper Grotto Jam @ 2022NQ 14/12/13
